I receive your newsletters already, does that mean I am already a subscriber?
If you receive our newsletter emails, you are subscribed to our newsletter list – this does not mean you have a subscription account for repeat products. Please use the subscription builder above, to create a repeat delivery and save 10% off every order.
How do I access my subscription portal if I already have one set up?
If you already have a subscription set up, you can edit, pause, cancel or change your subscription via your portal. To access your portal please “Login” to your account by signing in at the top of the page.
Then click “Manage Subscriptions”, this will take you to your portal where you can add items.
How do I set up a subscription?
This is great! We are so pleased you want to set up a subscription. Not only do you save 10% off every order, but you also enter our Optimal Health Rewards Tier with extra rewards and points available to you – as long as you stay a subscriber.
To set up your subscription head back up to the builder above
- Choose which package you want to add to the subscription (it can be 1 or more packages)
- Set the frequency of deliveries via the drop-down
- Click Checkout
You follow the checkout instructions and you will then be provided your very own portal log in where you can edit, skip or cancel your subscription at any time.
When will my first order be sent?
Great question! When you set up your subscription the package you have added with the meals for that week will be sent out every Monday.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time, there is also no minimum amount of subscription deliveries you must place before you can cancel (just remember that you will not get your 10% discount and extra rewards points if you do cancel).
Just please ensure that you cancel at least the day before a repeat order has been placed as once the order has been placed we cannot cancel and we would require you to post the items back to us to receive a refund.

Do I earn Thrive Reward Points if I subscribe?
Yes, you can earn Thrive Reward Points for each subscription order. But even better than that, you will also enter our Optimal Health Tier, which is solely for those on Subscription. As an entrepreneur who is always on the go I just don’t have time to cook and have been able to taste many different meal prep companies food and fit faster meals by far exceeded my expectations based on quality and quantity of food.

Two words. SO GOOD! I had the “Strong” meal plan and I loved everything it came with, and I like that they have meal plans that cater to your specific fitness goals. Large portion sizes, and there was a great variety of food in the plan! Compared to other meal delivery services I’ve tried, Fit Faster has more exciting flavours and is much more convenient thanks to the already prepared meals with a 3-minute reheat then eat! Absolutely loved Fit Faster Meals. I’m always a little hesitant to order from already made meal prep companies but Fit Faster Meals exceeding my expectations. The flavour of each dish I received genuinely tasted like a fresh home cooked meal, the vegetables in each dish were far from bland and to my surprise very enjoyable, and the variety of dishes to chose from made the overall experience pleasant. This Might Be A Game Changer
This might be a game changer for me…Fit Faster Meals food is super good. I’ve always struggled finding a really good service but this food is delicious. I’ve worked with a trainer before who gave me a meal plan and I’d always feel unsatisfied after my meals or still hungry. I ordered the 10 meal package with Fit Faster Meals and feel totally nourished. Two of these meals per day is definitely within my macronutrient range. Really excited about this!
